-Bananas: $3.00-$5.00 a bundle
-Bread ( in BC anything made by “Portofino” look for it, its like candy): $5.00 – $7.00
-4- 6 potatos: $3.00 – $5.00
-Hot Dogs: $3.00 – $5.00
-Marshmellows: $2.00 – $3.00
-solid chockolate chocolate bar: $2.50 – $5.00
-Kraft Dinner: $1.50 – $2.50
-Graham Crackers: $3.00 – $4.50
– medium stick of butter: $3.00 – $5.00
-2 bags of kit Salad because we need to remember our Veggies to feel great! : $8.00 – $12.00
( for those outside of noth america, grocers here sell premade complete kits of salad including dressing and an unbeleivable but convienient cost)
– Deli Lunch meat: $5-15
( I personally buy a roast chicken, they are cheap precooked and have tons more meat per doller if your ok with carving it yourself)
– three pack of mustard, catchup &relish: $4.00 – $6.00
-can of refried beans, or bean, or chili.. its your palate:$2.50 – $4.00
– small olive oil if your not saving your bacon grease in a cup:$6.00
-cheese$6.00 – $12.00 per
-2 red meat cuts to bbq: $7.00-$15.00
